Scenarios

Paralysis: People don’t know how to act because they are overwhelmed by the emotions and possible outcomes.
Delay: People feel emotions, and start action, but do not act on time
Nothing: People think about what to do, but are not connected emotionally

FOCUS: CLIMATE  [ CASE STUDY ] 

Climate change highly emotional topics due to the overwhelming negative effects posed now and in the future.
Of the The United Nations 17 sustainable development goals, Goal 13 on Climate Action has ambition targets and indicators.
In May 2019, United Nations Secretary General António Guterres warned the world is “not on track” to limit global temperature increase to 1.5 degrees Celsius above pre-industrial levels.

Explore the human mindset from three perspectives: Think, Feel & Act by applying lean learning and lean thinking methodology.
Use various combinations of the Workshop Resources as tools.

We will:

discuss extreme future scenarios, predict a time line of events, barriers and opportunities for innovation, as well as look at the past and evaluate our footprint and the mindset that created it.
utilize the Matrix-Q DNA e-test app to discover our conscious capacity and subconscious potential, learn about our own mindset, goals and barriers we face. You will learn how to use our app in your daily business activities
Think: Analyze: The Challenge. Learn about 9 types of perceived structural (social and economic) disruption, their emotional and subconscious impact and influence on human behavior. 
Feel: Emotional Intelligence: Discuss positive impact stories, of organizations, leaders and civilizations, and the emotional intelligence approach and mindset they did choose to sustain their success.
Act: Harmonizer: Learn about the 9 mindset types and how to utilize the Matrix-Q Mindset Harmonizers & Actionable Communication Methodology.

Mindset Harmonizers are methods that help you enhance your emotional intelligence and include more perspectives, help you be more flexible, capable to adjust your mindset do a variety of circumstances and scenarios.
